As a beginning book on Responsive Web Design, it is a very good quick read to get your head around the basic concepts of HTML/ CSS and RWD and get you started. The author approaches the subject targeted toward a novice in HTML/CSS. So if HTML/CSS is new to you then you have enough detail to get started. If you are experienced at HTML/CSS but want to learn RWD, then you will find yourself speed reading much of it that you already know and when you finish it you will buy another book with deeper content. If you are already fairly experienced at HTML/CSS and RWD and you want a deep dive, then this book is not what you are looking for. I give it 4 stars because it is clearly meant to be a beginning book for RWD HTML/CSS and it is exactly that. The author is clear and concise. The content is accurate. I like that it is a quick read, but I think it should have gone deeper than it did, even for a beginners book.Product details
